To qualify for a return under our current draft rules:
Customized, engraved, or final sale items are not eligible for returns. Personal items (like pierced earrings) may have restricted returns due to hygiene standards.
Upon receiving your returned package, our support team will inspect the item. Once the condition is verified as pristine, we will coordinate the refund payout directly to your bank account, which is our standard procedure for COD checkout conversions.
